In the role of
Associate Program Director for the Pain Medicine Fellowship
at the University at Buffalo, you will support the Program Director in overseeing the fellowship training program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and providing mentorship and guidance to fellows. You will assist with the development and delivery of the curriculum, monitor clinical and educational experiences, participate in fellow evaluation processes, and support their academic and professional growth. Working closely with the Program Director, faculty, hospital partners, and the GME office, you will help maintain a high-quality training environment aligned with institutional goals and ACGME requirements. You will also contribute to recruitment and onboarding, coordinate educational programming, and support ongoing program administration while helping prepare fellows for board certification and future leadership roles in pain medicine.
