
Fulfillment Lead - Direct to Consumer

Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To: Sr Manager, Fulfillment
Position Overview The fulfillment supervisor is responsible for executing and optimizing all direct-to-consumer order fulfillment. This role owns daily order Batching flow in our WMS system, labor allocation between picking and packing, and real‑time productivity management to ensure orders ship accurately, on time. This is a working lead role accountable for execution, visibility, and results.
Key Responsibilities Order Execution & Flow Management
Batch wave DTC orders in Peoplevox (our WMS) based on carrier cutoffs, order priority, and pick efficiency
Ensure all eligible DTC orders ship within defined service levels (SLA)
Monitor backlog and rebalance workload throughout the shift
Handle all failed actions and skipped bin locations
Escalate inventory or system blockers immediately
Labor & Productivity Management
Assign and reassign associates between picking and packing to meet efficiencies
Balance labor in real‑time to eliminate bottlenecks
Coach associates on efficiency, accuracy, and standard work
Address underperformance with corrective action
Accuracy & Quality
Maintain high pick and pack accuracy
Reduce mis‑pick and mis‑packs
Enforce packing standards and workstation organization
Partner with inventory control on root‑cause analysis
General Warehouse Duties
As necessary, perform standard daily warehouse operations to include:
Pick
Pack
Returns
Replenishment
FBA
Cycle Count
Training & Development
Train new hires on pick/pack SOPs
Reinforce standard work
Provide clear, actionable feedback
Reporting & Visibility
Daily reporting on orders shipped, UPH, labor hours, backlog, and errors
Maintain clear communication with warehouse leadership
Key Performance Indicators
Orders shipped on time
Units per labor hour (UPH)
Order accuracy
Labor hours vs volume
End‑of‑day backlog
