Leasing & Management Apartment Leasing Agents (Bilingual & Non-Bilingual) - $19-$20/hr
Prior apartment leasing experience required
Knowledge of Fair Housing
Experience with Yardi or OneSite preferred
Assistant Property Managers - $23/hr
Prior apartment management experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Property Managers - $30/hr
Must be open to temporary leasing or assistant manager assignments
Maintenance & Grounds Groundskeepers / Porters - $18/hr
Maintain curb appeal of apartment communities
Pressure washing, leaf blowing, general grounds upkeep
Prior experience required
HVAC Maintenance Technicians (EPA Certified) - $26/hr
Apartment or residential maintenance experience required
Appliance repair, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repairs
Preparing vacant units for move-ins
Make-Ready / Punch Technicians - $21/hr
Experience completing unit turns and make-readies
Appliance installation, plumbing, drywall and electrical repairs
Service Technicians - $23/hr
Apartment or residential maintenance experience required
Work orders, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs
