Monday–Friday Pay:
$95,000 – $125,000 (up to $150K DOE) + Bonus We’re hiring a
Senior Estimator
with strong experience in structural or steel construction. This role is critical to the business and will take ownership of complex bids and high-value projects. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead full-cycle estimating for Structural/ Steel Construction projects Analyze drawings, specs, and bid documents Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals Manage project timelines (typically ~1 week per bid) Work with large-scale projects ranging from $2M–$50M Mentor junior estimators and support team development Utilize Excel and future ERP systems to manage estimates What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in estimating within structural or steel construction Advanced Excel skills (formulas, linked cells, modeling) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple bids at once Highly Preferred:
Experience with Structural steel Background in large-scale structural projects $95K–$125K base (up to $150K for top candidates) Bonus Two annual performance reviews Culture Fit:
