Director of Youth Sports & Family Programs

A community-focused organization is seeking a Sports Director to lead the planning and administration of youth sports programming and family initiatives. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, direct service in program delivery, and developing quality programs to meet community needs. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and have a history of healthy relationships with staff and participants.
