White Glove Exotic Services is hiring a Parts & E-Commerce Manager White Glove Exotic Services just moved into a brand-new 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility — one of the biggest and best-equipped exotic and European car shops in the region. Our parts team is already solid. Now we need a real leader to run the department, build better systems, and grow both our in-shop and online parts sales. We’re looking for someone who: Has a ton of hands-on automotive parts experience (exotic/European background is a big plus) Has already managed a team and knows how to lead Is a true self-starter who doesn’t need babysitting Loves the entrepreneurial side of business — building systems, driving growth, and making money Is motivated by real financial upside and the chance to grow with the company What you’ll do: Lead the parts department team and own the entire sales process from quote to delivery Build and improve systems for parts management and e-commerce operations Keep technicians and client advisors stocked with the right parts so the shop runs at full speed Grow our online parts sales while keeping the physical department tight and efficient Source hard-to-find parts, handle emergency orders, and work with outside vendors Provide accurate quotes, answer calls, and deliver the high-level service our clients expect Manage customer payments, credit authorizations, and daily order fulfillment Read parts catalogs and diagrams like a pro Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence that matches the White Glove standard If you’re the kind of person who sees a parts department and immediately starts thinking “how do we 3X this?” and you’re driven by results and reward, we want to talk.
