Our client, a leading government agency in the public sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Apply process improvement and reengineering principles to enhance business workflows and systems.
Analyze business processes by mapping current states, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
Support the design, documentation, and delivery of training programs related to process changes.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure and optimize the ServiceNow platform for organizational needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process enhancements.
What's Needed?
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform analysis and system configuration at an expert level.
Strong understanding of process analysis, mapping, and improvement methodologies.
Experience in applying process reengineering principles within a government or large enterprise environment.
Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
Willingness to work onsite in the Washington, DC area.
