Overview

We are hiring a Principal, WW Storage GTM Specialist to support the growth of AWS Storage services with a focus on high performance object storage workloads. The Principal Specialist will assist internal teams by creating and orchestrating at scale programs, initiatives, research, and enablement for WW sales and cross functional customer teams. A proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) / sales programs and initiatives at scale with tangible results is required. A deep knowledge of the analytics market is preferred. In This Role You Will Be Accountable For

Setting strategic program direction and overseeing tactical execution of insight-based programs and GTM activities with a focus on expanding AWS market share in top pursuit accounts, segments, and verticals within the private sector Driving revenue through business savvy, developing sales programs, and identifying new markets and opportunities; working with demanding customers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions Partnering with AWS corporate platform services and industry teams to identify workloads impacting storage services Mapping technology applications to customer business scenarios to improve operational outcomes using AWS storage services Building sales enablement tools and evangelizing the platform with enterprise and mid-market customers, partners, and serving as the primary Executive Briefing Center representative for storage Acting as a trusted business advisor, deep diving into data, creating high-impact programs, and tracking progress while tuning for desired results Leading remote, cross-functional teams to drive AWS adoption in key storage workloads Defining, driving, measuring, managing, and coaching on workload-focused goals across the business Engaging with CxO/VP level and IT leaders, software developers, and architects to build compelling value propositions and align vision and objectives Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements 7+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking) 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience 7+ years of experience with Advanced Compute technologies (e.g., Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, IoT) 7+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Operations) 7+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage) Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a founder or executive in related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations About The Team
