We’re working with a leading algorithmic trading firm in digital assets that is rapidly expanding its US presence. This is a unique opportunity to join early and play a key role in building and scaling trading strategies in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
The role You’ll join a global trading team and, after a short onboarding period, work directly on P&L-generating projects. The role combines coding, data analysis, and trading intuition, with a strong focus on building and improving algorithmic trading strategies.
Key responsibilities
Analyse large volumes of trading and transaction data to generate insights
Build and improve trading strategies and tools using Python
Work closely with experienced traders to optimise liquidity provision and execution
Take ownership of projects from idea through to production
Requirements
Strong Python skills (1–3 years experience through work, study, or personal projects)
Excellent quantitative and analytical ability
Strong interest in trading, HFT, and crypto markets
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
