Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Superintendent role located in the Greater Seattle Area. The Senior Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising subcontractors and crews, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with project managers and vendors to resolve any issues. This role requires strong leadership to build relationships with team members and maintain a cohesive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management, overseeing residential development projects, and managing teams.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety protocols, and quality control practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.

Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure team collaboration and conflict resolution.

Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working within the Pacific Northwest climate and understanding region-specific building challenges is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or similar industry accreditations.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
