Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate operational activities across multiple utility service projects.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams to foster professional growth and development.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operations management within the electric utility industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large‑scale utility projects.
Strong understanding of utility operations, including transmission, substation, and distribution systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
