Salary Range:
$84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Develop, train, and mentor employees on CI principles, tools, and problem‑solving techniques.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.
Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and SMED.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report improvement results.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence throughout the plant.
Drive the standardization of best practices and ensure the sustainment of implemented improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
3-5+ years of direct continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and execute complex improvement projects from concept to sustainment.
Strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies with continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in advanced data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering Management, Operations Research).
