POSITION DETAILS
Title: Director of Industrial Staffing Operations Type: Full-Time WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Lead industrial recruiting and delivery performance across Oklahoma Build and coach a high-output recruiting team Drive fill ratio, time-to-fill, and weekly starts Implement disciplined recruiting workflows and KPIs Partner closely with sales leadership on requisition prioritization Monitor spread and gross margin performance Improve contractor experience and retention WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Predictable weekly starts Improved fill ratios Higher recruiter productivity Strong client satisfaction REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
7+ years in staffing (industrial, light industrial, or skilled trades strongly preferred) Experience leading recruiters and delivery teams Strong understanding of staffing KPIs Proven success in fast-paced staffing environments Ability to support regional operations within Oklahoma PREFERRED
Branch or P&L leadership experience Multi-location staffing experience COMPENSATION
