What challenges can you expect?

You will conduct technical training courses for service technicians according to defined training programmes, including examinations, both on‑site and remotely.

You will deliver customer training courses in person and online, ensuring a high‑quality learning experience.

You will contribute to the conception, development, and continuous improvement of training content and concepts.

You will create, update, and maintain training materials, including presentations and supporting documentation.

You will ensure the care, maintenance, and readiness of training equipment and training objects.

What do we expect from you?

You have completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification, or you have technical training combined with several years of professional experience.

You have professional experience in a technical or field service–related environment and a strong technical understanding.

You have a pronounced customer and service orientation and enjoy sharing technical knowledge.

You ideally have experience in delivering trainings, moderating groups, or using didactic and moderation techniques.

You communicate confidently in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.

You are willing to travel internationally as required.
