Responsibilities
Own a dynamic, senior‑level calendar, requiring strong judgment, proactive planning, and real‑time prioritization
Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics and anticipating changes before they arise
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing access and aligning time with business priorities
Prepare meeting materials, manage follow‑ups, and ensure continuity across engagements
Partner closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders with professionalism and polish
Anticipate needs, identify potential issues early, and provide thoughtful solutions
Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as needed in a high‑performance environment
Requirements
6+ years of experience supporting senior executives or partners, ideally within financial services (investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or similar)
Demonstrated success managing complex calendars and travel at a senior level
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and composed under pressure
Strong business judgment with the confidence to make independent decisions
Polished communicator with a professional presence
Absolute discretion, integrity, and reliability
A mindset of ownership and long‑term partnership
