About the Role The Coronary Therapies Territory Manager position requires a strong sales and clinical aptitude and ability to work in a team environment partnering closely with a clinical specialist.

Responsibilities include building relationships with physicians and staff in the catheterization lab, selling a range of cardiovascular products, developing new accounts, and expanding usage within current accounts to meet sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Schedule sales calls and meet with current and potential customers to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.

Develop and implement sales strategies, taking into account product, competition and pricing factors.

Create action plans by analyzing sales figures and discussing needs with the Regional Sales Manager.

Determine the needs, goals, product usage and case types of customers through in‑depth conversations with physicians and hospital personnel.

Observe procedures in catheterization or electro‑physiology labs to understand physician and staff needs.

Establish pricing packages in partnership with BSC personnel.

Respond to customer needs and complaints, developing feasible solutions with related personnel.

Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify purchasing decision makers.

Educate customers on product usage through presentations, demonstrations, and incentive programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Four‑year degree with a background in sales and a proven track record of success.

Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills.

Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts and travel within a four‑state area.

Problem‑solving skills and ability to be coached and directed by teammates.

Must live within the assigned geographical territory.

Compensation Annualized base salary of $55,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan, along with core and optional benefits offered by Boston Scientific.
