
Sales Engineer/ Account Manager

The Revcor Sales Engineer specializes in providing custom‑made airflow solutions to meet our customer’s specific target requirements. The Sales Engineer will provide all necessary technical support as it relates to our vast product offerings to many functional areas, including those in Engineering, Marketing, and Manufacturing. The Sales Engineer will perform many duties including in‑depth product performance selections, while highlighting their features and benefits. Overall responsibility for sales revenue and profitability growth within assigned MCT.
Primary Responsibilities
Create and deliver professional proposals that clearly outline Revcor’s custom airflow solution offerings to the assigned customer base as well as prospect accounts.
Work directly with customers and help to ensure the Revcor engineered solution meets system requirements.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Revcor’s broad product and service offerings to provide expert recommendations that best align with customer needs.
Serve as primary relationship owner with KDM’s for given customer base.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility within CRM (IFS).
Attend trade shows linked to customer base to better understand industry trends.
Support product management and marketing (market analysis, competitive intelligence, industry trends, etc.).
Qualifications and Skills
Proven work experience in a technical sales role
Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions in a manufacturing or engineering design industry
Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands on experience in the HVAC and Agriculture industry preferred
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner
Strong desire to learn, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and a team player
Superior PC knowledge to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to travel – Approximately 20‑30%
