The Role
As our Customer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll sit at the center of how sales and marketing come together at Nixie — helping turn ideas into action and ensuring everything is tracked, organized, and driving results. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with data, details, and systems, and wants to see how those efforts directly impact the business. You’ll play a key role in supporting customer marketing initiatives while keeping teams aligned, informed, and moving efficiently.
Working closely with both sales and marketing, you’ll act as a go‑to for reporting, organization, and execution support — helping connect planning to real‑world performance. What You’ll Do
Track and analyze performance across customer marketing programs, promotions, and retail media campaigns
Maintain sales reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision‑making
Assist with new customer set‑ups, including forms, materials, and internal coordination
Help manage HQ inventory of sales/marketing materials and support distribution to the field
Ensure accuracy and organization across data, documentation, and internal systems to support the sales team
Partner cross‑functionally with sales and marketing to keep initiatives on track
