Do you have?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as an estimator
Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately
Experience working for a General Contractor (GC).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with estimating/takeoff software, i.e. Bluebeam.
Software:
Bluebeam (preferred for estimating/takeoffs), Microsoft Office Suite (likely required for reporting/bids)
