Director of Preconstruction , you will be the bridge between a visionary drawing and a successful project handoff. You’ll own the bid process, level subcontractors like a pro, and ensure our budgets are as solid as our builds.
What You’ll Do:
Master the Takeoff:
Lead drawing reviews and perform detailed scope analysis.
Build the Network:
Actively manage and develop subcontractor relationships to ensure high engagement.
Be the Expert:
Research material specs, pricing, and building codes across different jurisdictions.
Field Action:
Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and report findings to guarantee estimate accuracy.
