
MEP Superintendent

The MEP Coordinator will support the successful delivery of complex construction and commissioning projects within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Process) scope with project teams and trade partners to ensure systems are installed, tracked, and delivered in line with schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
Work with project teams and trade partners to develop and maintain project schedules
Monitor trade partner progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved
Identify schedule risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track
Oversee installation and qualification of mechanical and process systems (gas, chemical, process cooling water, HVAC)
Interpret design packages, BIM models, and specifications to ensure proper installation and quality standards
Supervise and coordinate trade partners across multiple disciplines
Manage manpower, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain alignment across teams
Lead site meetings and coordination discussions
Manage site logistics including material deliveries and equipment staging
Ensure work areas are ready and support efficient workflow on site
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required
3–4 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in a semiconductor facility
Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, gas, chemical, and process utilities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation
Experience coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced construction environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Education / Licenses / Certifications
High school diploma or GED required
Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
