Role Description We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager for our Mid-Atlantic Region which includes NJ, PA, MD, DE, and lower NY. This role includes identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential large OEM and end user customers. The Technical Sales Engineer will manage the sales cycle and assist potential customers in the technical evaluation of Diamond solution's into their machines and processes. Our consultative sales approach involves understanding the customer technical needs and being able to apply or work with engineering to modify our standard products to meet these needs and project manage development design ins. Technical Sales activities are via email, phone and direct customer meetings. Our markets include Medical Device, Lab Instrumentation, and Kiosk manufacturers, Robot System Suppliers, General Manufacturing, and Warehouse and Material handling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering or similar technical degree
3+ years prior engineering and sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
