You Are A seasoned strategist with extensive experience in the Healthcare Payer/Provider sectors and exemplary leadership and management skills. Your expertise lies in advising healthcare clients on data‑driven strategies to revolutionize their business operations or models, ensuring they achieve their strategic, financial, and operational objectives. As a Senior Manager, you excel in nurturing high‑performance teams. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong passion for working within information systems environments, make you a standout candidate.

The Work

Oversee project deliveries to assess clients' standings within the Healthcare Payer/Provider landscape and identify their business opportunities against global, economic, technological, and social trends.

Lead teams to provide exceptional business strategy solutions tailored for clients in the Healthcare Payer/Provider sector.

Establish trust with senior leaders in client organizations, collaborating to co‑create strategic solutions that bridge business, technology, and operational needs.

Drive project deliveries, ensuring clients are set for sustainable success with practical roadmaps for executing strategies, managing change, monitoring processes, and implementing necessary adjustments.

Offer comprehensive guidance on quantitative analyses and research, generating actionable recommendations and insights to achieve desired outcomes.

Cultivate strong client relationships to uphold Accenture's reputation as a trusted, long‑term partner.

Enhance Accenture's Strategy practice and its thought leadership position by developing insightful content and engaging in professional forums.

Mentor junior Strategy team members, preparing them for increased responsibilities.

Focus areas include cost transformation, performance optimization, innovative business models, mergers and acquisitions, digital health, and product strategy.

Travel may be required, up to 80%.

Here's What You Need

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Healthcare Payer or Provider industry.

At least 8 years of experience in Health Strategy & Growth or Health Transformation.

A minimum of 5 years at a large strategy or health consulting firm.

A Bachelor's degree.

Bonus Points if

You have an MBA.

You are an author of publications or possess other thought leadership.

You are proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx.

You have experience in Blockchain, AI, Cloud, or Machine Learning.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. This job posting will remain open until 03/27/2026.
