Inspire excellence by guiding the IHS team in delivering compassionate, customer-focused care.
Build trusted relationships with residents and families to tailor services that empower their success.
Drive growth through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to expand the program’s reach and impact.
What You Bring
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current CPR certification
A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
