Senior Technical Writer — Oracle Fusion Financials (ERP)
We’re supporting an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation and need a
Technical Writer who can turn complex ERP workflows into clear, usable documentation
for Finance teams.
This isn’t passive documentation work. You’ll be embedded with Accounting, FP&A, and functional leads—translating real processes into materials that people actually use at go-live.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner directly with Finance stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, FP&A) to understand workflows
Create step-by-step guides, FAQs, quick reference materials, and training content
Build process flows across key cycles (R2R, P2P, O2C)
Validate documentation in the actual system environment (not theory)
Support UAT timelines and drive final sign-off with leadership
Help stand up a sustainable documentation structure for post-go-live
What Matters Most
You understand finance workflows—not just how to write, but what you’re writing about
You can simplify complex systems into something a non-technical user can follow
You’re comfortable working directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced implementation
Nice to Have
Exposure to reporting tools (OTBI, Smart View, etc.)
Experience in regulated environments (Finance, Insurance)
