HCV/Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist

The Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) is hiring an HCV/Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist to work with the organization's growing Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs. The position will be responsible for Housing Choice Voucher and Low Income Housing Tax Credit re-certifications. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience with either Section 8 or Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Section 8 or LIHTC certifications are preferred.
