Senior Tax Analyst
TalentBridge, Charlotte, NC, United States
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to join our global Tax team. In this role, you'll own a broad scope of U.S. tax compliance and accounting responsibilities while gaining meaningful international exposure—including direct collaboration with our team in Ireland. If you're a tax professional who thrives on complexity, loves staying ahead of regulatory changes, and wants visibility across the full tax lifecycle, this is your next move.
What You'll Do
Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns and compute quarterly estimated tax payments
Model U.S. tax outcomes based on forecasted results, potential legislative changes, and prospective business transactions
Compile domestic and review foreign quarterly and year-end tax provisions, including current/deferred splits, balance sheet projections, and state provisions
Collaborate with our Senior Director of Tax in Ireland on Irish tax returns, payments, and Country-by-Country reporting
Assist in evaluating uncertain tax positions and support domestic tax audits
Administer and maintain tax compliance software, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Conduct tax research using Checkpoint and other professional resources
Stay current on federal, state, and international tax developments through ongoing education and professional resources
Serve as a liaison to global finance teams to ensure alignment with U.S. GAAP reporting requirements
Support property and sales/use tax filings and contribute to broader tax planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Taxation
3+ years of relevant income tax compliance and accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting and ASC 740 / FIN 48
Ability to stay current on U.S. federal and state tax law changes
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with global teams
Bonus Points For
Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting and/or CPA license
Public accounting background
Experience with the ONESOURCE suite (Income Tax, Tax Provision, Global Access)
Familiarity with HFM
Why Join Us? This is a rare opportunity to work across both domestic and international tax — with real ownership and direct access to senior leadership from day one. You'll broaden your expertise across compliance, accounting, controversy, and planning in a collaborative global environment.
