Construction Estimator

We are partnering with a well-established and growing general contractor seeking a
Construction Estimator
to join their team. This individual will play a key role in preconstruction, supporting a strong pipeline of
ground-up and interior projects
across sectors such as
industrial, commercial, and/or corporate interiors .
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and/or interior construction projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate budgets
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
Develop scopes of work and leveling sheets for trade partners
Collaborate with project management and field teams during preconstruction
Assist in value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives
Support bid submissions and client presentations
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in construction estimating
Experience with ground-up, interiors, or industrial projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Experience with takeoff and estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
