Qualifications
Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing work
Proficiency in Construction Safety practices and protocols
Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management
Experience in overseeing and coordinating construction projects
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Relevant certifications and licenses in MEP or related fields are a plus
