We're hiring an experienced Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) for a remote role focused on managing and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. This is a client-facing position where you'll take ownership of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record managing multiple client accounts across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, conversions, and client KPIs
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to improve creative performance
- Support campaign expansion across additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (if applicable)
