This role focuses on producing high-quality video content that highlights our company, leadership team, market insights, and community presence. Responsibilities Produce and edit high-quality video content for Mission Realty’s brand, including market community videos, educational content, team member features, promotional videos, and more! Film on-site video content featuring the owner and team to promote community areas, events, and the Mission Realty brand. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, capture, and execute media projects that support company goals. Assist with creative direction, shot planning, and storytelling to ensure content aligns with brand standards. Maintain and properly care for video, audio, lighting, and related production equipment. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Stay current with real estate media and digital marketing trends to continually enhance content quality. Qualifications Proven experience in videography and video editing. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video storytelling and editing skills. Proficiency with professional video/audio equipment, lighting, and stabilization tools. Experience with video editing software. Familiarity with creating long‑form and short‑form video content for various digital platforms and social media. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a creative visual eye.
