Craft Agency Ltd is hiring: Senior Graphic Designer in London
Craft Agency Ltd, London, KY, United States
A global real estate operator managing over 260 million square feet across 600+ locations is implementing a major corporate rebrand launching in June. This is brand work at genuine scale – trophy buildings across gateway cities, backed by the resources of one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers.
The Role
You’ll lead the global brand rollout across three continents, ensuring consistent application of new brand guidelines from digital platforms to marketing materials across 600+ international locations. This is a highly rewarding contract where you’ll lead and execute, guiding the design at a pivotal rebrand point. You’ll be reviewing all design work against brand standards, and building the Figma libraries and design system components that will support marketing teams across multiple regions.
You’ll produce brand-aligned materials across print, digital, and presentation formats, preparing files correctly for each production method. The role includes managing brand documentation and asset libraries to enable consistent execution across simultaneous projects spanning Asia, the US, and London markets.
The timing is strategic – you’ll work directly with a newly appointed Global Head of Brand starting in May, positioning this as an opportunity to shape brand execution during a critical rollout phase within a 3-person London design team.
The Package
£55,000 – £75,000
4 days in the office
Bonus structure
12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension
On-site gym, fitness classes, and yoga
Agency-like culture within corporate structure
The Person
A Senior Graphic Designer with 6+ years of experience working on large-scale brand rollouts across multiple markets and channels. You’re a strong Figma user comfortable with design systems and component libraries, experienced in both digital brand applications and traditional print artworking. You can confidently present design rationale to senior stakeholders and have likely worked in sectors where brand consistency at scale matters.
Experience leading huge global rebrands, especially across digital outputs from a strategic point of view. This isn’t for a UX/UI Designer, but a solid senior branding Designer who has completed similar projects with global brands.
