Our office is located in Amherst, NY. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. I am a proud graduate of University at Buffalo. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michele Proietti - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
