Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to expand their presence in the greater Philadelphia market. This role focuses on building long-term B2B relationships and selling repair, service, maintenance, and replacement solutions for commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with building owners, property managers, and facility directors Develop and maintain strong client relationships across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets Conduct roof inspections, prepare proposals, and deliver tailored solutions to client needs Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate reporting and pipeline management Requirements:
