Part-Time Account Resolution Clerk
Administration Building - Longview, TX Responsible for directing and managing the maintenance, repair, and security of repossessed properties. Oversees sale and pricing of personal properties. Coordinates activities with Collections personnel. Ensures that actions are properly documented, and records and files appropriately maintained. Duties will also include performing collection activities associated with various delinquent member accounts. Qualifications Education/certification: High school graduate or equivalent. Additional business training preferred. Required knowledge: Thorough knowledge of repossession policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Familiar with market values of repossessed properties. Knowledge of property maintenance requirements and procedures. Experience required: Two to three years of related experience preferred. Skills/abilities: Excellent communication and public relations skills. Persistent and professional. Able to work well in stressful situations. Solid analytical and negotiating skills. Ability to supervise others. Able to operate computer, calculator, telephone, and other basic business machines.
