Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintain customer records and update information as needed, assist with customer retention strategies, coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
