Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance. Responsibilities Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options. Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and listening skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience. Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred. Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Miami, FL. Our office is open Mon. through Thursday 9am to 6pm. Friday 9am to 5pm. After hours and weekends by appt. only. I have been a State Farm agent since 2000. I am a proud graduate of University of South Florida, GO BULLS!!!. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
