Supported Living Assistant - Plainfield The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma. Hours: Up to 12 hours per week Available Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:30pm-6:30pm Saturday 10:00am-3:45pm Pay: $25.00/hr Responsibilities: Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environment Qualifications
