Village at the Woodlands Waterway is recruiting for a hospitality focused Life Enrichment Coordinator/Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for resident engagement, activity programming, as well as driving (both single rides and to outings), transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing activity duties as required. Part-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a LEC/Driver: This role will focus on executing events and taking residents on fun outings daily. Drive a 12 passenger bus. CDL preferred, but not required. Experience Required with transporting 12 passengers in small bus. Hours Fri-Sun and PRN availability through the week. Experience in Senior Communities. Self Starter. Can work with little supervision. Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, managing the lease, etc. Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs (Lifestyles and Health Services, Embrace the World, Ambassador, and Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program) on a monthly basis. Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees. Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
