Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience from the very first call. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer care on inbound and outbound calls. Handling of over 150 calls per day. Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy. Listen actively and respond with empathy and professionalism. Manage multi-line phones and computers systems in a fast-paced environment. Support team goals while hitting your daily KPIs while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments. Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused. Proficiency in typing. Accuracy and composure while handling multi-line phones. Ability to report daily to the office (no remote option).
