We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, college planning, and health insurance. Our office is located in Vero Beach. I am a third generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of University Of Florida. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
