Collections Representative
Location: Houston, TX Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM
5:30 PM (9/80 schedule option available). Some overtime and occasional weekends may be required. Key Responsibilities
Manage collection efforts on overdue accounts, including investigation and follow-up Handle a high volume of calls and emails with customers and internal teams Maintain accurate customer records and document all correspondence Review accounts, determine reasons for non-payment, and negotiate payment plans Monitor and release/hold orders based on credit status Partner with the credit team on account updates and financial reviews Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments Qualifications
