Senior Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the President & Chief Creative Officer. While this role will act as the primary contact for all incoming communication, this job is very much about people and relationships. Professionalism, diplomacy, flexibility, and attitude are critical components of success as this individual will be responsible for representing their executive internally across The Walt Disney Company's business units and key disciplines

as well as externally across a wide variety of senior constituents spanning multiple industries and disciplines. The Senior Executive Assistant will ensure daily prioritization of communication, meetings, and action items in a fast-paced environment while managing all work with the highest degree of confidentiality, integrity, and judgment. Additionally, this individual will proactively manage the President & Chief Creative Officer complex calendar, coordinate meetings, plan and execute travel arrangements, and prepare executive level presentations and other correspondence. Beyond providing overall office administration and organizational task support, the Senior Executive Assistant will need to be a true partner to their executive understanding their executive's business priorities and key constituents to fully anticipate needs, provide strategic and proactive support, and tap into company resources as needed. You will report to the President & Chief Creative Officer for Walt Disney Imagineering/Disney Experiences. This is a Full-Time role based in Glendale, California. What You Will Do:

Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to screening and routing phone calls, scheduling meetings requiring significant coordination and follow-up, managing calendars, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring timely and effective communication Understand current priorities (daily, weekly, etc.) to be strategic about how and where to direct activities (phone calls, emails, requests); Review the executive's schedule to build-in time for strategy and planning, as well as travel between meetings, if applicable Prepare for meetings including setup for large presentations/video conferences with multiple sites and time zones Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of global business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support when executive is out of the office - considering time zones, weather/traffic delays, and other key inputs Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams both internally and externally

the ability to work well with people at all levels Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information Draft letters and emails on behalf of your leader Provide additional office support such as ordering supplies, processing purchase orders, and processing SAP workflow requirements (including travel invoices) Assist with any special projects and other related duties as needed, including sourcing publicly available research on key opportunities/potential projects. Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a fast paced, highly complex environment that is project driven within the entertainment industry Demonstrated exemplary planning and organization skills

able to set priorities, manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly where needed. Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate administrative needs, to be self-motivated and to make independent decisions Proven ability to communicate efficiently and effectively through demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong relationships across the segment and enterprise that help drive efficiency in managing scheduling issues, problem solving, and creating positive outcomes Positive team player with an enthusiastic attitude, positive outlook, creative problem-solving skills, and strong service orientation

to go the extra mile without being asked Complete reliability handling confidential, often highly sensitive information, and good judgment in the handling of issues Strong proficiency with computers, phones and office equipment including Microsoft 365 Office programs, SAP, Concur, as well as the ability to learn new technologies and applications for MAC, iPhone and iPad Proven experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and applications Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within The Walt Disney Company, with a broad understanding of its business units and disciplines Experience working in the entertainment industry supporting CEO's & senior level executives Presentation skills (Power Point, Keynote, Adobe suite) Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
