Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing inquiries. Assist in managing office tasks, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence. Support the agent and team in various administrative functions to enhance office efficiency. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborative work environment. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
