Call Center Representative
We are seeking a Call Center Representative who excels at delivering professional, high-quality customer support. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will accurately document interactions while meeting call quality and performance metrics. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 1+ year of call center, customer service, or high-volume phone experience. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence. Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls efficiently. Proven problem-solving skills with a calm, customer-focused approach. Proficient in basic computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and call documentation skills. Ability to multitask, meet performance metrics, and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules.
