As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Provide product and service information to assist customers Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
