Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Bilingual Spanish or Armenian preferred.
