Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining customer records and updating information as needed, assisting with customer retention strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications include communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
