Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our agency opened in 2000 and has built a reputation for exceptional service and long-term relationships with our customers. With a small, dedicated team of two, we pride ourselves on collaboration, reliability, and mutual respect
both within the office and with our clients. Before opening the agency, I worked in claims with State Farm, where I developed a strong foundation for helping customers navigate life's challenges. I graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago and have always had a passion for connecting with people, traveling, and staying active in the community. Over the years, we've supported local high schools and participated in various community initiatives to give back where it matters most. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Hemina Patel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
