We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. About Our Agency: With more than 10 years of serving our community, our office has grown into a close-knit team that truly feels like family. We currently have three full-time and two part-time team members who bring energy, collaboration, and genuine care to our work every day. We enjoy creating an environment where people feel supported and valuedfrom offering drinks, snacks, and a full coffee bar to celebrating small traditions that bring us together. One of our favorites is Thankful Thursday, where we rotate preparing a meal and share lunch as a team. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members, managing appointment scheduling and office communications, assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records, engaging in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options, providing excellent customer service and following up on customers needs, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications include previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, comfort with engaging in sales conversations, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
